What's inside Zehst?
Every Zehst product is built around Tongkat Ali (Eurycoma longifolia), a root from the Southeast Asian rainforest used for generations in traditional wellness.
Capsules: 450 mg Tongkat Ali per capsule.
Honey: 94% pure honey, 5% Tongkat Ali root, 1% Panax Ginseng root.
Coffee: coffee, fructose, non-dairy creamer, Tongkat Ali root, Panax Ginseng root.
Which Zehst product is right for me?
Honey suits you if you like something you can take straight or add to tea. Capsules suit you if you want the simplest option with no prep and no sugar. Coffee suits you if you already drink coffee daily and want Zehst built into that habit.
How do I take it?
Take one serving (one sachet or one capsule). Do not exceed the recommended dose. Each product page has full instructions.
Does Zehst contain caffeine?
Only Zehst Coffee contains caffeine. Honey and Capsules do not contain coffee.
How quickly will I notice a difference?

Is Zehst suitable for women?
Yes. Zehst is made for adults, both men and women.
Who should not use Zehst?
Zehst is not suitable for anyone under 18, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or people with diabetes, high blood pressure, or a heart condition. If you have a medical condition or take any medication (especially blood thinners, diabetes or blood-pressure medication), speak to your doctor before use.
